I’m attending the Eurelectric Power Summit 2026 in Helsinki. Eurelectric is the European electricity sector association (similar to how Electricity Canada or the Edison Institute represents their members.)
I’m hoping to introduce the design basis threat and VISA methodology to the European electricity community. They are undergoing hybrid attacks from Russia because of their support for Ukraine, and the DBT/VISA methodology was designed to help utilities defeat this kind of attack.
